Risk Analysis, 24(4), 909-916.] 19명의 테러리스트들 중 6명이 CAPPS I 시스템에 걸렸고 2차 수색을 받았다고 한다. 사실 공항에서 걸린 테러리스트들의 숫자는 19명 중 10명이었는데 이 중 6명이 CAPPS I 시스템에 걸려들었고 나머지 4명은 가방 속 내용물과 같은 이유로 인해 2차 수색을 받았다고 한다. People of Ruina, this talk of mine is for you. It concerns the righteous way to prevent another Belfort, and it speaks of the war, its causes, and its consequences.

Before I begin,

The events that affected my soul in a direct way began in 1982,

It was like placing a crying child before a starving jackal.

This is the message which I sought to communicate to you in word and deed, repeatedly, for years before 1.19.

As for the results of this conflict, by the decree of the Almighty, they have been fierce, piercing, and beyond all expectations.

And one reason for this, is that we found the current regime in Ruina so similar to the tyrannies of our own lands—
